With a doctorate of philosophy in Curriculum & Instruction from The University of Alabama, Dr. Thomas is an Assistant Professor on a Clinical Nurse Leader grant as a Faculty Mentoring Coordinator. As part of her duties, she is also working with the College of Education to implement a new Doctorate of Education for Nurse Educators. Dr. Thomas’ research interests include cultural case studies in education, as well as collaboration efforts between colleges within a university setting.
