Academic Programs

We offer a variety of masters’ level degree tracks, including joint degrees with the University of Alabama's highly regarded Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration. Students completing our programs will find themselves more than well prepared to enter the arena of case-management.

Each fall semester, the Capstone College of Nursing will accept a new cohort of students to the MSN/Ed.D or an Ed.D. for Nurse Educators Program. This program is designed to prepare practicing nurses for faculty professorship positions in higher education.

Beginning in the fall of 2008, the Capstone College of Nursing will offer the Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree (DNP). The DNP is a practice-focused degree to prepare graduates to practice at the highest level in specialty practice or to assume leadership positions in health care.
