Biography
Anna Drury, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC is a full-time Teaching Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama’s Capstone College of Nursing. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Bevill State Community College in 2009 and began her nursing career at Northport Medical Center’s Women’s Pavilion, where she worked in the well-baby nursery.
Dr. Drury later earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Samford University in 2014, graduating as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Following graduation, she joined MedCenter (now Expercare), a local urgent care provider serving the Tuscaloosa area, where she practiced as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP).
In 2021, Dr. Drury joined the Capstone College of Nursing faculty while continuing to maintain a clinical faculty practice at Expercare. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at The University of Alabama in 2025.
Dr. Drury resides in Greensboro, Alabama, with her husband.
