Biography

Dr. Brandi Stacey serves as Assistant Dean for Student Success for the Capstone College of Nursing (CCN). In this role, she provides strategic leadership for all student-facing services within the college, including recruitment, retention, engagement, progression, and completion across the BSN, MEPN, MSN, DNP, and PhD programs. She leads implementation of CCN’s initiative to double enrollment by 2030 and is architecting the college’s new, integrated Student Success Center, bringing together previously separate student services teams into one unified, student-centered model.

Dr. Stacey brings more than 13 years of experience at The University of Alabama in student success, enrollment management, and program administration. Prior to joining CCN, she served as Director of Partner Success at EdVisorly and, before that, held roles at UA including Associate Director of In-State and Transfer Recruitment, Project Manager for Alabama Transfers with the Education Policy Center, Community College Relations Coordinator, and Enrollment Counselor. She launched the UA Shelton State Bridge Program and the Bama Link Tuition Grant & Partnership initiative, lead the In-State Recruitment Team to enroll a record-breaking in-state first-year class, and co-chaired the Transfer Students Subcommittee of the UA General Education Curriculum Reform Steering Committee.

Dr. Stacey is a three-time University of Alabama alumna and a first-generation transfer student. She earned her doctorate in Higher Education Administration in 2025, with doctoral research focused on transfer student attrition.
