Biography

Valerie Trull serves as the Proposal Development Specialist for the Office of Nursing Research and Translational Science at the Capstone College of Nursing (CCN). She joined CCN in May 2024. Ms. Trull earned her MS in Criminal Justice from The University of Alabama. She has 15 years of experience working with grants in varying capacities and has a strong interest in interdisciplinary research. In her role with CCN, she supports faculty and students in the grant writing and application process from concept to submission, ethical compliance process, manuscript writing and revision, and provides support for writing, editing, and reporting throughout the life of a grant or project.
